2023 Volkswagen ID.Buzz

Volkswagen’s long awaited electric microbus revival has arrived, it’s called the ID.Buzz and maintains most of the concept’s styling. Launching with three configurations, the ID.Buzz will only be available in the short wheelbase for now with a long wheelbase version arriving in 2024. The configurations consist of a commercial cargo van, a two-row passenger van and a three-row six-seater. The long wheelbase should feature seven seats across three rows.

The only powertrain available at launch is a single rear mounted, rear-wheel-drive electric motor providing 201 hp and 229 lb-ft of torque. The battery is a 82 kWh unit with 77 kWh of useable capacity that will DC charge up to 170 kW.
