Description
German tuning company Pogea Racing have gotten their hands on a Ferrari 488 GTB, changed the name to the FPlus Corsa and increased power to a massive 820 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque. That’s an extra 100 horsepower and 104 pound-feet of torque more than the 488 Pista, and 160 horsepower more than the regular 488 GTB. The resulting power increase has seen the acceleration from 0 to 62 mph come around in just 2.8 seconds, and keeps going until the speedo hits 215 mph.
Pogea Racing has produced some impressive tuning programs to date with the “Seven Sins” Audi A7, the “Centurion 1Plus” Alfa Romeo 4C, and the “Ares” Fiat Abarth 500 the highlights. The FPlus Corsa marks the first time the company has set their sights on a Ferrari model. On the visual side a new aerodynamic body kit has been designed with a new front lip spoiler, 21-inch wheels, rear diffuser and big rear wing. Carbonfibre has been used to reduce the cars weight by 42 kilos (93 pounds) compared to the 488 GTB.
In order obtain the FPlus Corsa kit customers must first provide a Ferrari 488 GTB, add an extra $43,000 and be able to take their car to the factory in Germany. Only 20 upgrade kits will be produced, making sure customers will be happy to have a very fast and rare version of their Ferrari.
