1972 Ringbrothers AMC Javelin AMX Defiant

Take a hellcat crate motor, whack a giant supercharger on top, put it in a fully restored AMC Javelin with custom body work and you get the formula for the Ringbrothers 2017 SEMA show car called the Defiant! As usual with the Ringbrothers creations, most of the cars original parts have been tweaked and improved, with extensive chassis modification involved.

The Hemi Mopar Hellcat engine is fitted with a 4.5L Whipple supercharger bumping power up to over 1,000 horsepower. This is mated to a Bowler automatic transmission complete with a sturdy QA1 Carbon Fiber driveshaft, that is ready to handle all that power. The wheels come in at 20×11 in the front and 20×13 in the rear, wrapped with Michelin tires sized 285/30/20 up front and 335/30/20 out back.
