2015 SCG 003 Competizione

James Glickenhaus has started up Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus or SGC, a new specialty car maker with plans for both racing and road going supercars. The 003 Competizione or 003C is the first race car developed under this new brand with the 003 Stradale or 003S a planned road going version minus the uncompromising race car setup.

Designed by Paolo Catone, the 003C is built by Italian chassis manufacturer ATR with a bespoke twin turbocharged V6 engine developed by Autotechnica Motori. Peak power has been rated at 500 hp with 700 Nm of torque as governed by the FIA regulations. The cars weight also has to meet the regulations with a 1,350 kg minimum. There are plans to race the car in the 24 Hours of Nürburgring for 2015, with the potential to expand into other series.
