2019 Mercedes-AMG C63 S

The fan favorite C63 AMG Mercedes has a new 2019 model that looks set to deliver even more thrills with a 510 horsepower, 700 Nm twin turbo V8. Available in coupe, sedan, estate and cabriolet styles with two engine tunes each, the new C63 offers plenty of choices for the discerning buyer. The lower powered spec arrives with 476 hp and 650 Nm of torque, while the top S models get the full beans with 510 hp and 700 Nm of torque. All this is thanks to the 4.0L hot-vee V8, and engine that impressed since replacing the naturally aspirated V8 that won the hearts of critics all over the world.

Every C63 gets Mercedes new nine-speed AMG Speedshift MCT transmission that replaces the torque converter with a wet-clutch setup. This unit is lighter and features quicker shifts while accelerating. An electronic limited-slip differential is also fitted to all models. The C63 S Coupe stands as the quickest of the family to go from 0-100 kph, setting a time at 3.9 seconds. The other models manage times of 4.0 or 4.1 seconds, depending on spec.
