Description
The first 4-door electric sedan from Lotus will take its place alongside the Taycan and Model S as a high performance model. Using essentially the same powertrain as the Eletre SUV, the Emeya has two electric motors (one at each axle) combining for 893 hp and 726 lb-ft of torque on an 800V electric platform with a 102 kWh battery. That clocks it in with even more power than the Taycan Turbo S, and should allow the Emeya R to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 2.78 seconds and go on to a top speed of 159 mph.
