Description
Lancia have produced an all-electric, long range, fast charging concept car inspired by furniture design. Developed in collaboration with a leader in the upscale furniture industry, Cassina, the Lancia Pu+Ra HPE aims at over 700 kilometres of range and a 10 minute charging time whilst using less than 10 kWh per 100 km. Now I’m not sure this concept looks like a piece of furniture at face value, but I know the Lancia press release has plenty of impressive sounding sentences explaining how the styling of this car is very special indeed.
“The constant dialog between past and future is expressed in the fluid lateral lines that descend towards the rear of the car, recalling the Aurelia and Flaminia with a streamlined design, based on its aerodynamics, sustainability and fluidity of volumes.”
