2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat

The 2019 Challenger Hellcat now boasts the most powerful supercharged SRT lineup ever, with power starting at 717 horsepower and rising to 797 horsepower for the Redeye edition. Both the regular Hellcat and the Redeye are available in normal or widebody spec, creating even more choices for buyers. The Hellcat Redeye makes use of the Demons 840 hp engine, slightly detuned for less power. The package makes use of the largest factory supercharger of any production car coming in at 2.7L in capacity, raising boost levels to 14.5 psi. The rpm limit has also been raised from 6,200 rpm to 6,500 rpm.

With any new Hellcat comes the all important quarter mile times, and the 2019 edition doesn’t disappoint. The regular Hellcat achieves a 11.2 seconds @ 125 mph run, and the Redeye comes in at 10.8 seconds @ 131 mph. Top speeds are claimed to crack the 200 mph barrier for the Redeye with 203 mph, while the Hellcat makes do with 199 mph.
