With the “Black Edition” the unique MELKUS sports cars now feature a special premium piano lacquer finish – Outfit. Only a total of five cars are being made with this exclusive paintjob in our Dresden MELKUS manufactory.
Applying piano lacquer, a black lacquer finish, is an extremely demanding paintjob. This paintwork requires six layers with each layer being sanded separately. The elaborate paintwork provides an extraordinary brilliant deep black finish and a very smooth surface. The exterior is rounded off with a carbon Sport – Bodykit. In a word, an elegant suit made to measure for our exclusive MELKUS RS2000 sports car.
The “Black Edition” also features more standard equipment. This includes, along with a Carbon – Bodykit, a high-quality infotainment system with a navigation function and a high-performance braking system as well as an improvement in performance. As with all other MELKUS vehicles, the RS2000 “Black Edition” can also be customised further.
