Combining a semi open wheeled format with a coupe body style, the Aspid GT-21 Invictus promises to be very fast. Light weight of only 2,182 lbs dry and a good helping of BMW V8 power gives the GT-21 Invictus a nice power-to-weight ratio and allows for a 0-62mph sprint time of under 3 seconds with a top speed of over 186 mph.
Expected to be ready for 2014, the GT-21 Invictus features formula 1 style pushrod dampers coupled with aluminium double wishbones on all four corners as well as stability control and anti-lock brakes. Aspid plans to sell this car alongside their smaller less powerful Aspid Super Sport.
