2010 Marussia B2

Following on from the Marussia B1, the B2 makes use the same mechanicals and chassis as the B1 and wraps it all up in a wilder looking dressing. First shown at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show, the Marussia B2’s design is much more aggressive with the headlights, front grille, lower air dam and splitter dominating the front facia. The styling focuses on using geometric shapes in an effort to form the shape of the “M” in the Marussia Motors logo.

Technical highlights include a central aluminium tub and steel spaceframe that is clad generously with carbon fiber body panels. The end result is a light weight package that tips the scales at 1,100 kg (2,425 lbs).
