Description
Equipped with a 500 horsepower V10 engine, this fourth-generation M5 sets a new benchmark for powerful sports saloons. With a performance increase of more than 25 percent over the previous V8, the new V10 revs to 8,250 rpm and produces 500 hp and 384 lb-ft of torque. It is unusual to see a V10 configuration used for a series production car, as this was the only M5 to feature that setup.
