1969 Alfa Romeo 33/2 Coupe Speciale

The vision of Leonardo Fioravanti from Pininfarina, the 33/2 Coupe Speciale was a beautiful curvy piece of art. It takes it’s place as one of several concept cars built on the Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale tubular chassis. Sitting alongside the likes of the 1976 Alfa Romeo 33 Navajo Concept and 1968 Alfa Romeo Carabo Concept.

Finished in an eye-catching Day-Glo yellow, the aesthetic of the 33/2 Coupe Speciale is similar to the Ferrari sports prototypes of the 1960’s. Which makes sense as it was an adaptation of the Ferrari 250 P5 concept car designed by Pininfarina in 1968.
