2022 Acura NSX Type S

The NSX Type S has arrived with visual and powertrain updates making it the most powerful NSX ever. The Acura Type S models are typically the highest performing versions of their cars, and the NSX Type S has an extra 27 hp and 16 lb-ft of torque to help in that regard. The uptick in power is thanks to larger turbochargers from the NSX GT3 race car and improved cooling from more efficient intercoolers. The batteries that feed the three electric motors have even been enlarged so they can provide more go for longer.

The styling has been updated for the Type S with revised front and rear bumpers that feature more aggressive angled forms that aid airflow to the engines cooling system. The headlights now have a blacked-out housing and slightly different shape, and the front grille gets a new shape with steel mesh instead of plastic. Production will limited to 350 units worldwide with a maximum of 70 available in the Gotham Gray matte metallic exterior colour seen in some of the wallpapers.
